How long does it take to get a repair done?

The repair time really depends on the complexity of the task itself. For example, diagnostics, cleaning the console, replacing the HDMI connector/HDMI chip, or repairing the mechanics is usually completed within 1-2 days from the receiving of the device. (*Subject to the availability of parts for the specific model of the device)

In many cases, cleaning or fixing drift on the controller can be done on the same day.
Is the price in the price list final?

The prices you see are final (except for prices that start with 'from'), which means that the price marked 'from' is the minimum price, and in this case, the price may vary depending on the parts used and the complexity of the repair. Everything is discussed with you before any repairs are carried out, and we always strive to keep the final repair prices at a profitable level.
How do I pay for the repair?

In 90% of cases, devices reach us by post. Consequently, we will return your repaired console, laptop, or controller to you in the same manner, and payment will be made by cash on delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store, which affects the possibility of visiting us in person at our repair premises, but on the other hand, you will save on the cost of repairs, which is quite an important factor these days :)
How to bring or deliver the repair device?

Each device you need help with can be brought in person or delivered to the address. Either by post, a parcel service, or any courier.

Before sending, we kindly ask you to get in touch so we can agree on whether the fault is repairable, whether it is cost-effective to repair it, and to inform you about the details if you're unsure how to send it.

We recommend thoroughly packaging each device to avoid damage. For more expensive devices, additional parcel insurance is also advisable.

If you don't know what's wrong with your device, you can take a look at a few types of errors it might have.

If you don't find the answer, don't worry, as every device will undergo an initial diagnostic anyway. After that, you will be contacted with repair options and prices.
